Return Policy
All of our Shih Tzu puppies are raised with care and love. While we take every step to provide healthy and happy puppies, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise:

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a life-threatening congenital condition within 1 year of purchase, we offer either a full refund or a replacement puppy.

If for any personal reason you are unable to keep your puppy, we request that you return the puppy to us so we can find a responsible and loving new home. Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases, but we will assist in rehoming.
Refund Conditions
- Puppy must be returned within 7 days of identifying the issue.
- Written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian must accompany any health-related return.
- Refund or replacement will be processed once the puppy has been safely returned and verified.
- Shipping, delivery, or related travel costs are non-refundable.
No Refunds for Non-Health Related Issues
Refunds are not provided for issues such as personal lifestyle changes, allergies, breed misjudgment, landlord objections, or buyer's remorse.
